How Do I Download/Unzip My Processed List?
A question we hear quite often at Qualified Address concerns the procedure for downloading and unzipping your processed list once our systems have scrubbed it. If you find yourself having problems with this same procedure, then have no fear! This tutorial takes you step by step through downloading/unzipping your processed list!
1. Login to your account. Go to QualifiedAddress.com and click the Login button on the top right of the page. Enter your email address and password, and click the Secure Login button to access your list(s).

2. Locate your list. From your Account Overview page, click the blue Manage > button under List Scrubbing Services. From there, youll be directed to the List Scrubbing Services page where you can upload new lists or download your lists after they have been scrubbed. Under Address Lists, click on the hyperlink View Details next to the list you had processed (the one you want to download).

3. Download and Save. You should now be on the page titled List Details. On this page you can see the current status of your list, job history, and scrubbing statistics. Below List Details on the right is a green Download button. Click the button to download your processed list file. You should be prompted with a File Download dialog asking what to do with the file. Click Save and choose the path where you wish to save your processed list file.When the download is complete, you will be prompted with a dialog box. Click Open Folder and you will be taken to the location of your file.

4. Unzip the folder. The folder that you have just pulled up will be zipped; youll need to unzip this folder to use the files it contains. Right-click on the name of the Compressed (zipped) folder and select Extract All.

5. Extract the files. You will be prompted with another dialog asking where you want to store the extracted files. Here, there is an option Show extracted files when complete. Checking this box will take you to the location of the files after they are extracted; if you do not do this, you will have to search your computer to find the files yourself.
Choose the path where you wish the files to be and click Extract.

6. View files. You will find two files contained in the folderthe scrubbed list file and a readme.pdf file. You can double-click on the scrubbed list (Excel) file to view it in Microsoft Excel. The readme.pdf file has information telling you about and how to use the returned columns in the Excel file.
