
Kiana Lewis didn’t expect to find herself in the tech world—but she’s never been one to shy away from a challenge. After graduating from BYU with a degree in Communications and a minor in Ballet, she stepped into a temporary position at Smarty, doing data cleanup in HubSpot. What started as a side step away from public relations soon became a full leap into a career she loves.
Today, Kiana helps bridge the gap between technical precision and customer understanding as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Known for her calm curiosity and knack for translating tech jargon into actionable strategies, she thrives on making complex tools simple and practical for customers. She frequently smooths out processes and helps clients find custom-fit solutions. Kiana brings the same poise and discipline she learned in ballet to every project.
