Getting started by product – US Master Address List
US Master Address List is a flat file of every known address in the United States. It's available in a national, state or county file. Each address includes the SmartyKey®, verified addresses, rooftop geocodes and other address metadata.

Other ways to download
Some smaller-scale datasets, such as county data files, are not available through the Download API. These datasets can be obtained directly from your Smarty Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.
Other eligible datasets may be downloaded directly from your account dashboard under your active subscriptions.
