US Parcel Boundary Data is a file-based dataset that delivers nationwide parcel boundaries in a number of popular GIS-ready formats. In addition to parcel geometry, the dataset includes 110+ standardized parcel attributes including land use, zoning, acreage, structure details, and SmartyKey®.

Other ways to download
Some smaller-scale datasets, such as county-level parcel data, are not available through the Download API. These datasets can be obtained directly from your Smarty Account Executive or your Customer Success Manager.
Other eligible datasets may be downloaded directly from your account dashboard under your active subscriptions.
