Andrew Johnson, a Computer Science graduate from Utah Valley University, brings a rich skill set in programming languages such as Python, C, and Java, among others. His academic highlight was a capstone project that designed a Virtual Machine and Compiler, deepening his appreciation for the intricacies of programming language development. Andrew kicked off his professional journey at a blockchain startup, where he developed a layer 1 blockchain in Go and pioneered a genesis ceremony for network initialization. Now transitioning to Smarty's Backend Product team, he is keen to apply his expertise in address verification solutions, making him a promising addition to the ever-evolving field of software engineering.
