As a Small-Medium Business Team Lead at Smarty, Trisha thrives on helping small and mid-sized businesses succeed—the kind of companies that often get overlooked in favor of the big enterprise fish. She loves giving them the same white-glove attention, making sure every lookup, every process, and every interaction adds real value. She also channels her educator roots into mentoring others and building efficient, people-first processes.
