What does success=true mean in LiveAddress results?
Question
Last Updated: March 18, 2013The success=true flag is set but the address validation failed.
Answer
The "true" value you received represents our system's successful execution of your request, rather than the address being confirmed. This basically means that LiveAddress API is saying that it received your request successfully and was able to do something with it. The results of the successful validation of the address can be found in the address response array elements.
