Rich earned a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics as well as an MBA from Brigham Young University and loves to work at the intersection of business strategy, operations, analytics, and data technology. His two decades plus of professional experience as a consulting actuary, a business analyst, and a data leader have been focused on extracting meaning and business value from raw data. He's always striving to gain a deeper understanding of business needs so he can truly partner with all teams across the company.
